About Us

Fresh Ink is a retailer of stationery, invitations, gifts and embroidered products. Our location is 4500 I-55 North, Suite 136, in the Highland Village shopping center in Jackson, Mississippi. Our phone number is 601-982-0235 and our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We love to party and we love to help you throw the perfect party whether you are planning your dream wedding or just throwing a crawfish boil for that long lost college buddy of yours who finally got engaged. We have everything to make the event perfect from start to finish.


Can I purchase blank stock to print at home on my personal computer?

Absolutely! Many of our invitations are priced as blank stock so that you may purchase them and print them yourself. You may, however, save yourself the time and frustration of printing them at home by using Fresh Ink's professional printing service. There are no damaged or ruined cards this way, you receive the exact number you order without that stack of "errors" in your trash can and that hole you punched in the wall after trying to get the typeset just right.


What is your turn-around time for printing? And what is the cost?

For orders printed in-house, our turn-around time is:
2 business days for a proof and
2 business days to print and ship your order from the receipt of final proof approval.
Making sure the information you send us to print is correct is the best way to ensure a speedy order and eliminate multiple revisions to proofs. Rush service is also available for a $30.00 fee. Rush orders receive a proof in 24 hours and your order is printed and shipped in 24 hours from the point of proof approval.
We charge .60 per card for black in printing and
.85 per card for color ink printing.
Invitations also incur a flat $10.00 typeset fee on the entire order.

Return Address Printing is also available.


What is shipping time?

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days (excluding production time for custom printing - see above). We allow 2 business days to process/pack/ship your order, and then the transit time in shipping is 3-6 business days. If you need your order by a certain day, or wish to inquire about expedited shipping options, please phone us at 601-982-0235 or e-mail info@fresh-ink.com and we will be happy to provide you with an estimated timeline on your order.

We ship from Jackson, Mississippi and most often use Priority Mail to ensure fastest delivery. Shipments via UPS and Fedex are also utilized when size and weight are higher. Drop-shipments from manufacturers may utilize other transport methods and originate from other cities. In-transit time for priority mail is just 2-3 business days, and UPS and DHL transit times are 5-7 business days. Blank stock orders ship within 2 business days from receipt of order, and orders requiring custom printing ship within 2 business days from completion of printing. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships so you will know it is on the way. We will also contact you if there is any unexpected delay with your order.


What does shipping cost?

$9.95 for orders $0 - $50
$11.95 for orders $50.01 to $100
$13.95 for orders $100.01 to $200
$15.95 for orders $200.01 to $600
$20.95 for orders $600.01 and up
Oversized and heavy shipments may require additional shipping costs, but we will advise you of that before your order ships.


Do you offer in-store pickup?

The on-line payment system that we use for the web site automatically adds the cost of shipping to your order. If you wish to pay for your order and pick it up in-store, it is best to phone your order in to customer service by calling 601-982-0235. We can also verify stock availability for you at that time.


What is your return policy?

Our return policy for purchases in our retail store is that any returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and are for store credit/exchange only. Store credits are good for 30 days from date of issue. Due to the shipping time involved with web orders, we extend the window for returns to 30 days for a return to be received. When we receive your return, you will be notified of the credit that has been issued for you to use within 30 days from date of issue. The customer is responsible for shipping items to Fresh Ink for return and for the cost incurred to ship exchanged product back to you.


Gift Wrapping

We love giftwrapping. We actually have little parties at night sometimes where we open a bottle of wine and just wrap the night away! That's a slight stretch, but we are happy to wrap your purchase for no additional cost. Our "happy" wrap, packaging your gift in clear cellophane, is one of our customer favorites. Depending on the item, box wrap can be better for shipping, so relax and just leave it to us and we will wrap your package in the best possible way to make sure it arrives and makes a great presentation. Don't forget to e-mail us the gift card message if you wish for us to complete that for you.


Cookies (and some other stuff our computer guy said we had to tell you)

A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. Fresh Ink uses cookies to improve the quality of our service and enable advanced browsing features. We also use some types of cookies for sustence during late night order-filling sessions, but that's another topic.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Be aware, however, that some parts of the website may not function properly if you refuse cookies.

What information do we collect?

Fresh Ink does not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. We collect and aggregate certain non-personally identifiable information about your visit, such as time of day, browser type, products and pages viewed. That information is used to provide a better quality of service to our users.

Do you share my information?

We do not share information about you with our business partners and other third parties. To do so would be really creepy of us, and we're anything but creepy. We will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

Consent and changes to the Privacy Policy

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy. Fresh Ink may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
